Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
About Shipping
It takes 2-3 working days by Express shipping after you place an order and we complete shipment. For Standard Shipping to US, and International Shipping to CA, EU and UK, most orders will arrive 5-7 working days after shipment is completed. For International Shipping to the rest of world, most orders will arrive 7-14 working days after shipment is completed.
We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. In these situations, Bountiglow will try our best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. International shipping fees will vary depending on the destination. The shipping costs and estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery. If tracking information is unavailable, please allow up to 1-2 business days for it to be updated.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Customs and Import Duties (For International Orders)
We only cover customs duties for orders from the US, CA, UK and EU countries. Customs duties for orders from the rest of world should be paid by customers.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-ship the order. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@bountiglow.com. We cannot make changes once your order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at support@bountiglow.com within 3 days of receiving the package. We will investigate the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
